What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts and no payment processing. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies of our own, and we do not collect personal information directly through these pages.
Third-party services
Two services are embedded in these pages, and each handles data under its own privacy terms:
- Microsoft Bookings powers our booking section. When you make a booking, the name, email address, phone number and any notes you enter are sent to Microsoft and to us so we can hold your reservation.
- Google Maps shows our location. Loading the map means Google may receive your IP address and device information.
Contacting us
If you email or phone us, we keep those details only for as long as we need them to answer you and to provide the service you asked for.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll help.
