What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts and no payment processing, so you never type personal details into these pages. We do use one analytics service, Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies and records how pages are used — it is described below. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.
Third-party services
Three services are embedded in these pages, and each handles data under its own privacy terms:
- Microsoft Clarity helps us see which parts of the site people actually use. It runs on every page and sets two cookies (_clck and _clsk) to recognise a return visit. It records a replay of your visit — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — along with your approximate location, browser and device. Clarity masks text entered into form fields by default. We use this to improve the site, nothing else.
- Microsoft Bookings powers our booking section. When you make a booking, the name, email address, phone number and any notes you enter are sent to Microsoft and to us so we can hold your reservation.
- Google Maps shows our location. Loading the map means Google may receive your IP address and device information.
Contacting us
If you email or phone us, we keep those details only for as long as we need them to answer you and to provide the service you asked for.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll help.
